Register

Share your details with us — either online, through email or social, by phone, or pop into our office and speak with us in person. We’ll get you on our list for updates and start sharing details of the properties that match your needs.

View

When you see a place you like, contact us, and we’ll arrange a viewing. We will accompany you on every viewing you make — our property managers know each property they look after as if it was their own, so you’ll have all the information and the rental property advice you need.

Offer

Time to place an offer. Email it to us, and we’ll present it to the landlord and speak to them personally about your position and the offer you’re making. You can check over an example of our tenancy agreement, and read through our renter’s guide FAQ on the property, so you’ll know all you need to know before signing.

Apply

Complete the application forms, provide the necessary identification, and we’ll run all the checks before you get your draft agreement through. Then, once everyone is happy with the application, it’s time for you to sign, pay your deposit and rent, and move in.
