We not only have long-standing members on our teams, but also landlords who have been with us since inception and contractors who have been helping our clients since we first opened our doors for business. Which is why when we celebrate a 10 year anniversary or a 5 year anniversary, it comes as no surprise – just a reason for us to feel immensely grateful and, of course, have a party!

We do not pay commission

Shocking but true! It is very against the grain of how most businesses in the property industry operate, but we have always taken pride in being different.

Our ethical approach ensures that the focus stays firmly on doing what is best for our property partners. We think commission can be divisive, we know that any team is only as strong as the weakest member, so we like to be “all for one and one for all”. Instead of commission, we like to pay top of the range salaries and have a share of profit scheme that ensures every-one benefits from our collective success.
